Cloud Events not showing
I just added a 3rd HM203 and got the free one month cloud with it (as I did my others). All is working well but movement and sound events (while they show on the timeline fine) don’t show up under “cloud events” in the app. They aren’t there at all. I can’t remember if it just takes a day or so before they start showing up? ?♀️

No, the movement and sound events will show up in minutes, it won't take a day times long.
Firstly, confirm whether you have turned on the motion detection feature.
Secondly, check the video files are in good condition or not.
Thirdly, is there anything wrong with some other features besides motion detection alert?

It’s ok. I figured it out. It just takes a few hours for the cloud events to start showing when you set up a new camera. After that they show up within minutes of the event happening. But initially it takes a while.
