HM241 HDD not found

I've tried two new 2TB HDDs, and checked the connections repeatedly, and the NVR is not seeing the HDD. Please advise. Thank you.

    Firstly, you can check whether the cable is still tight or even being damaged.

    Secondly, whether NVRis powered with 12 volt 2AM power supply.
