HM311 - how to access rtsp stream on desktop
just got me a HM311 camera. all set up ok using the phone app, but i've been trying to access the local rtsp stream so i can add it into my synology surveillance station DVR, but im having problems figuring it out.
i can access the cloud stream via http://heimlink.heimvision.com/ on my desktop just fine, but i cant work out the rtsp stream address using wireshark. when i try to add the camera to surveillance station, it detects an ONVIF camera, but theres no picture when i try to view it.
finally, how do i change the default local "admin" account from a blank password? i cant see anywhere in the phone app (android version) - i dont feel comfortable having it wide open like that.
its a great bit of kit, and very well built, but if i cant get it added to my DVR, it's going to have to go back...

Firstly, confirm your PC and cameras are in the same router internet.
Secondly, input the url in the url address:
HD model:
rtsp://192.168.1.118/user=admin&password=&channel=1&stream=0.554
SD model:
rtsp://192.168.1.118/user=admin&password=&channel=0&stream=0.554
192.168.1.118 is the IP address that you have achieved from the first procedure.
It replies a login box, input user name: admin, and the password is empty
Then press the Enter key, you can watch the real-time video.

rtsp://admin:@192.168.1.xxx/MainStream
is this url any different to the one you suggested?
also, can i change the default admin user from a blank password to something else at all?

I need two things. I have a HMD02 and need the username and password for the camera. Secondly, in order to connect to iSpy I need the rtsp URL for camera. Can you help me out with these?

The HMD2 camera doesn't support the usage with iSpy.
and this camera doesn't have the account and the password.

I also like to know how to change the password for camera and how to login to camera setup using http. Also want to know how to disable ONVIF due to reported security vulnerability. Can this camera be added to CamHi?
