Reconnecting App

I've changed my wifi provider and the app keeps saying offline. Three of the cameras are showing on the television, but I have four. There is no option to update the wifi info on the app on my phone, however my phone is already connected to the wifi. I tried to follow the steps on the help option but there's no option on my app to update anything
