HeimLink app not working
So I have brought 3 HM311 cameras on Augest this year, and at first it works perfectly and everything was good. But in the past month, the Heimlink app started to not function intermittently. Like, sometimes when I click into the app to see my live videos it would either stuck on the loading screen or would just jump to disconnect seconds later. Especally right after i click on the notification messages send by the app to view the videos, it would just stuck there and not load. Which kind of defeats the notifications, since i can not even see what the camera is warning me about. I know that it is not a wifi or power issue, because i tested it and my other devices which uses the same wifi and power doesnot have an issue. I think it could be related to the app because it only happens intermittenly, but my app is from the ios app store and its at the latest version(3.1073.54.733) so I don't know what else i can do. I am posting this to see anyone else has the same issue and if you have any solutions to this annoying issue.

The app does not seem to be working none of my cameras are coming up when I open the app and it's giving me a network error is there a problem with your network
Why is my screen half red on my camera I have already reset the cameras for over two hours uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing cuts off half the screen of the camera

Any solution yet for the red half screen. It just started to happen in the last month or so. On both cameras. On is hard wired on a Ip line. and the other is running wireless. The home screen is correct. But not the live feed.
I had my heimlink for over 5 years. And now I'm seeing a red screen on my camera. And don't know why? What's going on?
I sent them a email for tech support (half red right screen I didn't do anything and now its working fine haha. They recommended uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
possible they found something in the backend I suspect. But all good now !!! 😁
Won't load on phone,but I can view on my computer,had same problem before I bought a new phone,after I talked to support they did try to help,I must say,but now again same problem again
Has anyone found a solution? I can see my cameras fine on the monitor but nothing on the app.
