I purchased an HM241A and trying to use it via the web browser vs the direct monitor connect. I am finding that I can quickly make the software crash using either Google Chrome or Firefox. I use linux so I cannot use IE.

The system came loaded with software version 02/20/2019 16:37 and I am wondering if maybe that is part of the problem since it's 18 months ago.
