heimvision hmd2 keeps powering off

the app shows battery is at 83%, yet it powers off after being on for less than a hour, then less and less after its turned on again manually. It appears to be a battery issue. Can it be the 83% charge is a false reading?

Could you please tell us how long did this problem occur?

And how long you have bought this device?

The phone you used is Android or iPhone?

We suggest you spend 10 to 11 hours to charge the battery fully,

and then you can see how long the device can be used.
