Smart video doorbell GREETS C1 not connecting to heimlink

I there, i have 2 cameras Protect D1 connected on HEIMLINK app. I love these.

I just bought the smart video doorbell GREETS C1 and it is impossible to connect it on Heimlink app. I had to use the HEIMLIFE app to use the doorbell.

I would like to know if there is way or another app to control both of them ?

Some devices of Hemvision are controlled by different apps respectively,

at present, there is no universal app to control them.
