Cannot login to Heimlink.heimvision.com

I have recently purchased and HM311 Camera, it looks good but I was able to log into the cloud service once and now I'm blocked. I have tried different browsers and pc's.


Also the camera keeps alerting every few minutes for no reason and if it rains it is hopeless.


Does anyone have any ideas how to get around these issues?
