I'm getting "This site can’t be reached heimlink.heimvision.com refused to connect." and have been getting that all day. Is it just me?

@dbdb getting the same thing, I've just received a new camera today and can't register my account because heimlink.heimvision.com doesn't work
No Not just you. I also have the same issue, I had high hopes for this camera but the camera and the service is letting itself down. I'm currently using the trial but if one cannot connect there is no incentive to invest any further.
