Detection area not working properly

I have the HeimVision HM612 PTZ Security Camera and using the current version of HeimLink app. I set a detection area to detect movement but all movment is being detected.... inside and outside the area selected.

thanks for your question.

Please be confirmed that the moving objects are totally outside of the selected area,

if the moving objects are partly in the selected area and partly outside,

it will also be detected by the camera.
