HMD2 on ipad

Everytime I try to take a snapshot or record video I get a message saying this has failed. I have a card fitted to the camera and it is recording events that I can then view. How do I save these recordings to my ipad.

The Heimlife client only has an iPhone version.

In addition, please confirm whether the album permission is enabled for the APP.

Locally saving screenshots and videos requires album permission.
