Hello @Mark ,
thanks for your question.
Could you please tell us some details of this problem?
This could help us to define the problem correctly.
thanks.
Hi,
Is there a resolution to this problem, in the UK we get a lot of rain and it's constantly triggering alarms?
Thanks
I have the same problem, the camera registers humanoids and movement when it rains. To be honest the camera registers movement every few minutes when there is no movement I have set all the alarms to off and it still registers humanoids and movement... I thnk my camera must be a dud.
No help from support - I would recommend, not buying this camera if you want to use it at night and only want to record movement. The camera records every minute even when nothing is visible. Unfortunately, I will have to return this it does not do what it states on the box
Mm this is worrying, is it due to rain on the lens? Maybe protect it with more of a shield above it. Is there a newer firmware perhaps?
Actually this is a problem for me with people just passing in the street. Even with the motion detector on Low is still detects people passing by. It needs more settings for detection, maybe meter range, 1/2/3/5 etc. is this possible Devs? Turning is off is against the whole idea of buying the doorbell in the first place.
