HM241 --- 3 of 4 cameras show no video

Yesterday, all 4 were working fine. This morning, nothing. All 4camera were showing in the app and PC as "no video". We restarted the system and were able to get 1 camera back online. Other 3 are still MIA. I've checked power, antennae's, unplugged and restarted al of them. Still show as no video on the app


Suggestions please!

    thanks for your question.


    First, look at the IPC, if the infrared light is on.

    If it's on, it means the machine is good.

    If not, there is a problem with the machine, you need to change a power supply.

    If the infrared light isn't on even you change the power supply, then there is something wrong with IPC, you need to contact the after sale service.


    Second, enter the video settings, press the search button to search.

    If IPC comes out, re-pair the devices.

    If there is no IPC, you can only change the machine

  • So how normal is it for 3 cameras to fail at the same time???


    For the price we pay for this, it shouldn't stop working over night
