Can't share my camera heimvision hm2

Hi try to share my camera hemvision hm2 with my friend.

Once i write he's e-mail adress and click "search" I see an icon of a place holder user... I click connect but the app bring me back on the previous step. If I retray the app sayes

"HeimLife app continue to crashing" and give me the possibility to share the bug. I have a Xiaomi Mi Redmi Note 7 Blue 6,3" 64gb/4gb Dual Sim This is the report of the bug
