Software stopped working on PC

I installed software for my HM245 and it worked for a few days then stopped, i get an error code of (0xc0150002). What do I do to fix?

Also how can I connect another camera that's connected on the networks router?

VMS software, isn't that the default software program? On my cell phone the software is XMEye and it picks up the other camera. I also have a off brand video door bell camera that I can't connect.

The link heimlink.heimvision.com does not show events. It comes up with an javascript:void 0 error. It was working initially.
