Hi there,

I have been looking into your Video Doorbell products, in which you currently have listed on your website the HMB1 Greets 1 product. I recently came across the newer HMB2 Greets C1 which is listed on the Amazon website, but it is currently not listed on your website.

Is the Greets C1 product generally available?

What are the differences between this and the Greets 1 product?

What voltage is required?

Is there going to be a White Face Plate Version of the this Doorbell soon?

thanks for your question.

The difference between HMB2 Greets C1 and HMB1 Greets 1 is that HMB1 Greets 1 is supported with a battery while HMB2 Greets C1 not.

The required voltage is 12V- 24V.

The white Face Plate Version of this doorbell will arrive soon.
