241 NVR Push Notifications

All notifications are enabled on my phone and I set the system to notify me via APP Alarm on motion detection but I'm not getting any notifications on my phone?

    thanks for your question.

    Could you please tell me what is your mobile phone model?

    APP setting-alarm message sending

    NVR-channel setting-video detection-mobile phone APP alarm

    Be sure that you have set both of the settings here,

    or you can't receive the alarm on your phone.

    All pop-ups are enabled or allowed if you can reinstall the APP,

    and the APP should better to be ran as a background process.

    I have the same problem. I have never been able to get push notifications - even though all settings mentioned are correct.

    I even have email notifications switched on - on the "NVR-channel setting-video detection" tab but I am getting no emails at all.

    Please help me with this. It is the only reason I bought your equipment. Without it - is is almost useless.
