Cannot change my Cloud plan
I've tried to update my plan via the app for my HMD2 multiple times over the last few days and when I process the payment information it returns "An error has occurred". I then tried to do it via the HeimVision website and it says the product is not supported. Yet, when I purchased the cameras (two of them) they were advertised as being cloud supported. Any solutions to this aside from going with a different company? Thanks.

You can use the cloud service and SD card as well.
Could you please screenshot what the system replies when you can't update your cloud plan?

Indeed, however I would like to use cloud. Why is the HMD2 not listed when I try to renew via the Heimvision website? I will attach a photo of the error shortly.
