I like it it looks very good quality and sounds very usable for inside our home.

Received mine today but already having issue. Will not connect to wifi after scanning QC code and it even beeps which shows it seen the code.
The box contains a camera with built in stand, power plug, USB Cable, manual, and mounting screws.
Setup was simple using the Heimsmart App.
The WiFi connection is stable. There is no subscription required which is a huge pro to me.
The only con I have at this point is that when talking thru the speaker it is not very loud. Which is surprising because the voice prompts during setup were loud and clear.
Day and night images are very good. Attached pictures at night are in complete darkness.
Motion notifications are accurate and time stamped. Recording to the optional memory card I installed can be done based on motion instead of the standard 24 hour recording, which is also a pro to me.
Satisfied with the performance so far.

Received the unit. Tried every way to sync to the new app with zero connections happening. I was hoping this would be as easy as the other units I have. Please help me fix this.

I am having the same issue. I already have one camera working on same AP without issue but when I scan the code with this camera it dings and never connects.
