HM202A Firmware Update?

Hello,

I bought two HM202A Smart Wifi Camera's from Amazon. Both were working fine on the first day but the next day, one of them just keeps turning on/off and won't show video. I called Amazon Support and they said to check the firmware on the affected camera and update it but I can't seem to find where to update it on the website or from googling. Where can I get a firmware update for this camera?

Could you please record a video of the keeps turning on/off camera,

and we also need the device detailed information,

Open your Heimvision APP, setting----device information,

Here is a screenshot of the device information. As for the video, it can't be too long since the file is too big and I also zipped it for it too be uploaded.
