HM211 No SD recording playback
My HM211 is showing a blank time line in playback mode. I still receive alerts but when I try to review the recording the timeline is always blank. Yet the available memory on my SD card is decreasing. Almost as if it's recording but not marking the events on the time line in playback mode and keeps saying there is no video available at that time mark. No settings have been changed. Settings screens attached. Not sure I posted in the right section, looking for technical support from hemivision thanks.

I'm having the same issue with my hm203
I used the email address on the product support card that came with my camera to finally get a response. They only suggested I reset my camera to try and fix the issue but it didn't work. I received a replacement camera which I have yet to test.
