HMD2 - Won't register with app

After using the camera for about a week, stopped syncing with the app. I tried to reset it several times and re-add it to the app. Each time I try it finds the device but will not complete the process.

In one instance, there was an adding failure. Saying the unit was not certified.


Please help.
