Hm211 system crash.

My hm211 camera loses connection occasionally. It is not a network connection problem, I now use Ethernet cable, because the camera stops recording to sd card set to 24 hr recording. Is there a firmware update?

Does your SD card have the log? if yes, please send us the log file.

Crashed again today. Second time in 3 weeks. I am on holiday with no security available! Not at all reliable!!!!

Hello Heimvisionadmin,

yes, all works perfect after restarting camera (turned power off, waited 20 seconds, switch back on) sd card recordings restart as normal but no recording during downtime.
