Keep in mind the locations where these are to be installed.
The range can depend on various factors such as communicating through walls etc.
I setup my cams on the eves of my house at 3 corners and one under the carport.
I installed a 110 receptacle outlet in the attic and attached a (wide spaced plugs) power strip for the 4 cams.
I purchased this system and (x4) 30 FT Extension power cables.
My house is around 63 FT wide.
By the time I setup everything and began working on the operating system of the NVR I noticed cam 4 had a poor signal.
This is the key element of these...
I was getting 1 bar under the carport....
and it took some playing around with but I setup each cam as a virtual repeater....
repeating the signal to cam 4 and when I had finished all setup on the NVR and rebooted all cams had 4-5 bars on their signal strength.
